At the Centennial Hall Theatre we are committed to a safe and clean experience for all our guest attending the shows.

- Defined procedures for frequent cleaning and disinfection of targeted areas
- Easy access to handwashing facilities and hand sanitizers for guests and staff members
- Frequent cleaning and monitoring of all high-touch areas before, during, and after shows.
- End-of-show sanitation procedures for the entire venue.
- Requesting guests and staff to stay home if they are feeling ill.
Unable to Attend Due to Feeling Ill
If you believe that you are feeling ill and is unable to attend one of your shows at the date that it is playing, please reach out to our season ticket office at 520-903-2929 or email us at SeasonTickets@BroadwayinTucson.com to see what options we can provide you. You can change the date of your show through your MY BIT Account if you believe that you are still able to attend the show within the runtime it is playing.
❗ Important Notes:
If you are unable to attend one of your shows and do not reach out to our season ticket office, we are unable to provide a credit/refund for a missed performance. Once a show has passed, the ticket has no value. Please make arrangements to exchange your tickets in advance. The Season Ticket office is open Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm / Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm to assist. If you have a night or show or weekend ticket emergency, please call the Centennial Hall Box Office directly at (520) 621-3341.
