Drop Information

As a Season Ticket Holder, you have the option to DROP one performance from your current package for account credit or refund. 

• We cannot DROP more than one show from the package, per season. 
• You may submit your request here: DROP REQUEST Please submit form no later than 48 hours prior to performance. 
• We cannot guarantee requests will be processed during non-business hours.

We are unable to accept additional DROP requests due to personal reasons or scheduling conflicts. 

You can transfer your ticket(s) to a friend or re-sell them on Ticketmaster's' Verified Resale Site. 

We are unable to provide a credit/refund for a missed performance 

Once a show has passed, the ticket has no value. Please make arrangements to exchange your tickets in advance. The Season Ticket office is open Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm / Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm  to assist. If you have a night or show or weekend ticket emergency, please call the Centennial Hall Box Office directly at (520) 621-3341
