Accessible Information

Children on the Autism Spectrum
Centennial Hall strives to be a welcoming place where people of all backgrounds can enjoy performances with ease. To help children on the autism spectrum prepare for their first show at Centennial Hall, we now offer a Social Story. Social Stories are a type of learning tool first developed by Carol Gray in 1991 to support the development of social skills and prepare readers for social situations or interactions they may find challenging. To view, download, or print the Centennial Hall Social Story, please follow this link: Centennial Hall Social Story
Booster Seats
A limited number of child sized booster seats are available. Please ask an usher for assistance.
Service Animals
A service animal is a dog, or a miniature horse when reasonable, that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.
Service animals must be tethered at all times, and must rest in the seating area with handler that is appropriate for animalâs size, not in the aisles.
Because our seating area has narrow rows, we ask that patrons inform us prior to bringing a service animal to Centennial Hall, so that we may reserve the best area for both patron and animal.
Service animals must remain in control at all times. In the case of animals that disrupt the performance or pose a safety risk to our staff and patrons, the guest may be asked to escort the animal out of the building. The nearest space for walking service animals is just outside our lobby doors in the grass.
Recording
Visual and/or audio recording devices of any kind are not permitted in the Hall. Before the performance begins, please turn off all electronic devices.
Children
Children are welcome at most performances; however, âBabes in Armsâ policies vary depending on the event.
