Season Ticket Exchanges
One of the great benefits of being a Broadway in Tucson Season Ticket Holder is the flexibility to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show title. You can easily make exchanges through your online account.
â Important Notes:
- If your new seats are at a higher price, youâll need to pay the difference at checkout.
- If your new seats are at a lower price, your ticket cost will remain the same. You wonât receive a credit, but this ensures you retain the full value for future exchanges or resale.
- Exchanges are FREE online.
- Exchanges are on a best available basis and may not be available on your desired performance date or in your desired seating area.
- Downgrades are not refundable.
- Exchanging into a weekend or holiday performances may incur an additional charge.
- Tickets may not be exchanged from one production to another.

How to Exchange Your Tickets Online
- Log into your MY BIT Account

Go to 'My Events'
Click 'My Events' in the top left menu bar. -
Select Your Event
Choose the 'Event' you wish to exchange. -
Click Exchange
Select the 'Exchange' button to begin the process. -
Choose Your New Tickets
Select your preferred date, time, and seating for the exchange. -
Complete the Exchange Process
Follow the on-screen prompts to finalize your exchange. -
Confirm Your Updated Tickets
Your new event details will be available in the 'My Events' tab.
Exchange Policies & Fees
âď¸ Exchanges are available throughout the season. Online exchanges are disabled 240 minutes prior to showtime unless specified otherwise specified.
âď¸ Phone exchanges are available for a $3.00 exchange fee per call, email or online chat.
âď¸ If you have a night or show or weekend ticket emergency, please call the Centennial Hall Box Office directly at (520) 621-3341. We are not able to provide credit or refunds for missed show.
