Before Arriving At the Theatre

  • Open the Broadway in Tucson app and access your ticket.
  • OR add your mobile ticket to your phone’s wallet for easy access. 

❗ Important Notes:

  • All Broadway in Tucson shows now require SafeTix for mobile entry. Just remember, screenshots won’t work due to our dynamic barcode system.

QR Codes VS Barcodes VS Tap

SafeTix™ uses a unique barcode that automatically refreshes every few seconds so it cannot be stolen or copied, keeping your tickets secure. This is a live and moving barcode that cannot be screenshot.

Patrons entering the theatre with mobile devices will scan these barcodes codes through their app with house staff at the front doors to the theatre.

However, don’t be alarmed – when you add your mobile ticket to your phone’s wallet, you might not have a barcode. That’s new touch and scan technology that you can use to enter the theatre. The house staff at the front doors will simply tap your mobile device to the ticket scanner.

For season ticket holders and select patrons requesting paper tickets from either Ticketmaster or the Centennial Hall Box Office, tickets will be equipped with a standard barcode.

💡 Good to Know: While downloading tickets to your mobile wallet makes ticketing easier, it is not required for entry. Simply present your mobile ticket at the theatre within the Broadway in Tucson App, and enjoy the show.

How to Access Your Mobile Ticket In the App

  1. Download & Sign In
    Download the 'Broadway in Tucson App'.
    Sign in using your Broadway in Tucson Account Manager credentials.
  2. Access Your Tickets
    Tap the 'Ticket Icon' at the bottom of the app screen to open the Tickets tab.
  3. View Your Ticket
    Select the event you’re attending.
    Tap 'View Ticket' to display your ticket.
    A dynamic barcode will appear—this is your ticket for theatre entry.
  4. Add Your Ticket to Your Mobile Wallet
    Tap 'Add/Save to Wallet'.
    Follow the prompts to add one or multiple tickets.
    Open your mobile wallet to confirm your ticket is saved and ready to use.

  • If you need further assistance, please call the Season Ticket Office at 866-821-2929. Our team would be happy to provide a mobile ticket walk-through via phone.
  • The Box Office will also be available to assist if you have any difficulties accessing your mobile tickets when heading into your performance.
  • Your Broadway in Tucson tickets can be seen in your Ticketmaster app, and will prompt you to access them through the Broadway in Tucson mobile app.

What if I Don't Have a Smartphone?

We understand that not everyone uses a smartphone. Our Box Office team will be available to assist you if you have any difficulties or cannot access your mobile tickets when you arrive for your performance. Please allow for a little extra time before your performance if you plan on visiting the Box Office on your way into the show. We're here to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable theatre experience!
